e5e37a9d60 Revert "statuten: Increase scope to Earth, Cyber and the observable Universe" 
This reverts commit 014e71a946.

goliath: Thinks we signed something at the Hypo saying we can't have
buissness with the USA. We're not quite sure, but strike this for now
anyway.
