Improve search widget styling () 
Slightly improve search widget in several areas, mostly look and feel. Nothing fancy, just light touches here and there.

* СSS:
	* Increase font size (11px → 13px)
	* Use pixels for paddings
	* Always outline search input field on focus
* i18n: use capitalized notation for search text
* Remove empty label

Fix i18n authorbox_name string error 
This is due to an upstream issue in Hugo ≥0.76 (Upgrade to go-i18n v2).
Three months have passed, so I have to look for workarounds on our side.
The most popular option (replace `.Count` to `.`) doesn't suit us
because it breaks backward compatibility.

This fix will allow us to preserve backward compatibility with older
versions.

i18n: replace "..." (three dots) with "…" (ellipsis) 
Earlier, the ellipsis in the search placeholder looked very strange
for some unknown reason. That's why I used three dots there. Now the
difference is minimal, which means we can use ellipsis.
